Market & customers
Demand, customer needs, channels, competition and the wider customer relationship context.
I am Dávid Fehér. My approach comes from hands-on work with suppliers, orders, pricing, inventory and customers — not just software development.

Demand, customer needs, channels, competition and the wider customer relationship context.
Product range, categories, product data, availability and assortment logic.
Suppliers, discounts, sourcing terms, currencies, replenishment and decision logic.
Landed costs, margins, competitor pricing, exchange rates and pricing rules.
Inventory value, stock turn, warehouses, shipping routes and order fulfilment.
Webshop, wholesale, marketplaces, order handling, complaints and returns.
Incoming invoices, payment deadlines, liquidity, tax and accounting links.
Reporting, controls, permissions and ongoing process improvement.
A webshop can be polished, modern and visually impressive. That still does not automatically improve purchasing, stock accuracy, logistics speed or financial clarity. The real substance lives behind the interface.
Commercial technology is like the engineering of the car, not just the wheel rim. The rim may look great, but if the whole vehicle is not thought through, it will not get far. The same is true for business systems.
I do not begin with the interface. I begin with how the company actually works: where time or money is lost, what should be simplified and what is worth automating. The technical decision comes after that.
Learn how the company and its daily operation really work.
Improve the process itself before building software around it.
Reduce repetitive work and unnecessary administration.
Create connected systems and data flows that fit the operation.
